Healthcare Recruiter / Credentialer

Express Employment is hiring a Healthcare Recruiter / Credentialer for an onsite role in Honolulu, HI. In this position with Express Healthcare Staffing Hawaii, you will help source qualified healthcare professionals, manage the documentation required for onboarding, and coordinate the credentialing steps so candidates are start-ready.

You will be responsible for building reliable candidate pipelines and keeping the end-to-end process moving, from initial outreach and screening through credential completion.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit, screen, and engage qualified healthcare professionals for current and anticipated openings
• Evaluate experience, qualifications, availability, compensation expectations, and overall job fit
• Develop and maintain active candidate pipelines with timely follow-up
• Guide healthcare professionals through onboarding and credentialing
• Collect, maintain, and track required clinical and employment documentation
• Ensure records are accurate and candidates meet requirements before becoming start-ready
• Support a consistent pipeline of qualified healthcare candidates
• Move candidates efficiently from recruiting through credential completion
• Develop compliant, start-ready healthcare professionals

Requirements

• 3+ years healthcare staffing, credentialing, recruiting, healthcare administration, or related experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail, with excellent organization and follow-through
• Comfort managing consistent candidate outreach alongside time-sensitive documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including discretion when handling confidential information

Compensation and Schedule

• Salary: USD 23 per hour + commission
• Compensation base + commission
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
• Location: Honolulu, HI (onsite)
