Senior Healthcare Recruiter

Limited-term Senior Healthcare Recruiter role at Seattle Children’s Hospital in Seattle, WA (onsite), with full benefits and a compensation range of $100,110.00 to $150,166.00 per year. This position is designed to support recruiting goals through dependable planning and leader partnership, with an expected term of minimum 6 months. Candidates must live in Washington state, Alaska, or Montana.

Compensation is based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided. Note that the posted range is specific to Seattle, and positions located outside of Seattle may be compensated differently depending on various factors.

Responsibilities

• Provide leaders with advice, counsel, and planning to support timely and effective recruiting of qualified applicants aligned to the organization’s recruiting goals.

Requirements

• B.A. or B.S. degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five (5) years of recruitment experience.
• At least two (2) years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume work environment.

Preferred

• Experience recruiting Registered Nurses (RNs).
• Experience recruiting within union environments.
