Job Description

The Hardy Team, a RE/MAX Marketing Specialists office, is seeking a Director of Growth to lead recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing development for real estate agents. This onsite role in Spring Hill, Florida, blends talent acquisition with structured onboarding and production pathways to elevate agent performance, while also designing events and training programs that connect top talent with long-term success within a fast-growing brokerage culture.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end recruiting pipeline — sourcing, prospecting, outreach, interviewing, and closing. Build target lists, conduct qualification-focused interviews, and bring in agents who fit our culture and production standards. Performance is measured by the quantity and quality of agents signed.
  • Events and webinars as attraction funnels — plan, host, and emcee live events, mastermind sessions, lunch-and-learns, and webinars designed to attract agents. These are intentional top-of-funnel engines. Manage the calendar, topics, invite strategy, follow-up, and conversion to recruits.
  • Onboarding and pathway to production — recruiting is step one; getting agents into production is the win. Oversee onboarding to ensure each new agent has the skillset and a structured path from signed to first deal to consistent producer, collaborating with mentors and leadership to remove friction and maintain accountability.
  • Ongoing agent training — lead weekly training sessions on topics such as social media, SOI, NLP in real estate, negotiating repairs and appraisals, buyer consultations, and more.

Requirements

  • Proven recruiting experience with measurable results.
  • Skilled in interviewing candidates to assess fit and potential.
  • Able to attract top talent to a brokerage environment.
  • Confident public speaking and comfortable presenting in front of groups.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate competencies with the ability to teach them to others.
  • Highly organized with solid accountability and follow-through.

Benefits

  • Respected local brand with strong market presence.
  • Proven platform and infrastructure designed to support agent success.
  • Direct collaboration with ownership and leadership.
  • Growth opportunities within a high-performing environment.
  • Competitive base salary with performance-based bonuses.
  • Paid time off.
  • Professional development assistance.
  • Tuition reimbursement.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Real estate industry experience is preferred but not required if the candidate has a strong background in recruiting or teaching (recruiting agents, working at a brokerage, or holding a real estate license).
  • Experience building or running a CRM-driven recruiting pipeline.
  • Comfort with social media and personal-brand-driven recruiting.
  • Public speaking, training, or hosting experience.

Work Location

  • In person
  • The position requires in-office work 3-4 days per week in Spring Hill, FL

Pay

  • USD 48,000 - 100,000 per year
