Corporate Recruiter

Vaco LLC is seeking an onsite Corporate Recruiter for a direct-hire opportunity in Winston-Salem, NC. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers to run end-to-end recruiting for both professional salaried roles and hourly positions, while also strengthening talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and early-career recruiting efforts.

The position supports full-cycle talent acquisition, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer support, alongside partnerships with colleges, schools, and community organizations.

What you’ll do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for both salaried and hourly positions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build recruiting strategies
• Proactively source qualified candidates, including passive talent and hard-to-fill skill sets
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Review resumes, conduct candidate screens, and coordinate interviews
• Support hiring managers throughout candidate evaluation and selection
• Prepare and extend offers, and assist with pre-employment processes
• Develop relationships with colleges, schools, and community organizations to support ongoing talent pipelines
• Support internship and early-career recruiting initiatives
• Participate in career fairs and other recruiting events
• Maintain accurate recruiting documentation and candidate records

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3 to 5 years of Talent Acquisition or Corporate Recruiting experience
• Manufacturing recruiting experience strongly preferred
• Experience recruiting a mix of salaried and hourly positions
• Strong full-cycle recruiting experience
• Proven experience proactively sourcing and engaging passive candidates
• Experience using LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms to identify talent
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and manage expectations during the recruiting process
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Location and compensation

• Location: Winston-Salem, NC (onsite)
• Salary: USD 80,000 - 100,000 per year
