Corporate Recruiter

Stafford Technology is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to support hiring needs in a fast-moving environment based in Columbus, OH (onsite). In this role, you will proactively source candidates, manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple job families, and keep communication moving from first touch through the interview process.

What you’ll do

• Proactively identify and engage candidates using outbound outreach, networking, and creative sourcing approaches
• Run full-cycle recruiting for a range of roles, including skilled trades (construction, HVAC, plumbing), engineering, and corporate positions
• Build and maintain strong recruiting pipelines to support current and future hiring
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver qualified candidates efficiently
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate the interview process
• Maintain consistent candidate communication throughout the hiring journey
• Track recruiting activity and keep accurate records in the applicant tracking system
• Stay informed on industry trends and labor market insights

What you bring

• 2 to 4 years of recruiting experience, either agency or in-house
• Proven ability to actively source and engage candidates, not only post openings
• Comfort with high-volume outbound calls and relationship building
• Experience recruiting for skilled trades, engineering, or related fields is a plus
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple roles at once
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• A self-starter approach with a results-driven mindset in a fast-paced setting

Compensation and benefits

$25.00 to $28.00 per hour (USD). Benefits include dental insurance, health insurance, and vision insurance.
