Corporate Recruiter

Eastern Lift Truck Co. is hiring a Corporate Recruiter in York, PA (onsite) to support full-cycle, high-volume recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Follow the job requisition from job posting through fulfillment
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate conversations
• Screen potential applicants and run prequalification phone screenings
• Coordinate the recruiting process with hiring managers, including interview scheduling
• Manage candidates through the ATS portal (Dayforce), including tracking and profile updates
• Complete and submit candidate writeups as part of the selection process
• Schedule interviews and support coordination across stakeholders
• Provide verbal offers and generate offer letters
• Hunt for and identify top talent to support staffing needs
• Assist with on-boarding duties as needed
• Build ongoing relationships with hiring managers across the organization and help develop recruiting plans
• Perform other talent and administrative duties related to recruiting

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of recruiting experience (required)
• Staffing agency experience is a plus
• Experience using an ATS
• College degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and present a professional image
• High energy and a hunter mentality
• Positive attitude
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to learn quickly
• Excellent communication skills

Compensation

• Annual base salary: USD $65,000–$75,000
• Compensation: BOE
