Contract Technical Recruiter
Job Description
Xometry is seeking a Contract Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle technical hiring across Technology, Engineering, Product, and Data functions. This six month engagement is a hybrid role based in Waltham, MA, with onsite presence required three days per week.

Location and work setup: Waltham, MA, hybrid arrangement. Contract duration: six months. Onsite requirement: three days per week. Compensation: USD 6,250 to 75,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, from initial sourcing through to offer delivery.
- Design and execute innovative sourcing approaches to identify top talent via job boards, social platforms, networking, and direct sourcing.
- Lead in depth interviews to evaluate candidates' technical capabilities, experience, and alignment with the organization.
- Utilize assessment tools and techniques to measure candidate qualifications.
- Cultivate strong candidate relationships to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Provide clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department leaders to understand technical talent needs and offer strategic recruitment guidance.
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to specific technical roles and teams.
- Maintain market awareness, align with business strategy, and expand networks for technical talent.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the overall talent acquisition strategy.
- Deliver regular reports and insights to leadership to support data driven decision making.
- Collaborate with recruiting colleagues to share knowledge and best practices.
- Keep applicant tracking system records up to date.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full cycle technical recruiting experience in corporate or agency settings.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing requisitions across multiple technical disciplines including Technology, Engineering, Product, and Data.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively partner with hiring managers to drive the recruitment process.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other social recruiting platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent recruitment projects effectively.
- Experience using job boards, targeted sourcing, and other methods to identify candidates.
- Knowledge of common human resources practices, employment laws, and government compliance regulations affecting recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Google Apps and Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to work onsite three days per week in the office.
