Clinical Talent Acquisition Specialist- Recruiter

Family Support Center, based in Colorado Springs, is seeking a Clinical Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter to support its Pueblo operations in a hybrid role. The position centers on sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and guiding new hires through onboarding, while partnering with Clinic Managers to shape staffing needs and advance a culturally diverse workforce.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates, conduct interviews, facilitate onboarding, and track new hires through their early tenure to identify successes, areas for improvement, and concerns.
• Collaborate with Clinic Managers to determine recruitment needs.
• Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best match available positions.
• Complete onboarding paperwork, including confirming and verifying identification and work history.
• Assist in the facilitation of orientation for all new hires.
• Research and develop opportunities to recruit, retain, and promote a culturally diverse workforce.
• Manage and monitor job postings.

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience with Autism/ABA hiring preferred.
