Job Description

Capgemini Invent is expanding its North American campus recruiting footprint, seeking a Campus Recruiter to shape internship and entry-level programs across the region. This onsite role in Atlanta will emphasize building university relationships, coordinating events, and delivering a strong candidate experience for emerging talent.

Location: Atlanta, GA (onsite). Salary: USD 86,000 - 110,000 per year. Education: Bachelor's degree. Experience required: 2+ years.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for internship and entry-level programs across North America.
  • Build and sustain partnerships with university career centers, student groups, campus ambassadors, and other channels feeding the candidate pipeline.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to identify needs and craft campus strategies aligned to business goals.
  • Direct recruiting initiatives at designated schools and programs, organizing information sessions, networking events, career fairs, case competitions, and virtual engagement activities.
  • Source and evaluate high-potential candidates and guide them through the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Serve as the main liaison for students, candidates, interviewers, hiring managers, and campus stakeholders.
  • Coordinate interviews to deliver a smooth, high-quality experience for all participants.
  • Lead screening conversations and present recommendations to hiring teams.
  • Oversee offers and pre-hire activities to boost acceptance and conversion rates.
  • Monitor recruitment activity, pipeline metrics, and outcomes; provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with recruiting operations and broader Talent Acquisition teams to refine processes and enhance the candidate experience.
  • Support diversity recruiting and campus employer branding initiatives to bolster Capgemini Invent's on-campus presence.
  • Provide mentorship to junior recruiting coordinators and campus support resources as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in campus recruiting, university relations, talent acquisition, recruiting operations, human resources, or related fields.
  • Proven experience managing recruiting programs, candidate pipelines, and hiring processes from attraction through offer stage.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and business stakeholders on talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Strong ability to build relationships with candidates, universities, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience planning and executing recruiting events such as career fairs, networking events, information sessions, and campus presentations.
  • Solid project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience analyzing recruiting metrics and using data to inform decisions and stakeholder discussions.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruiting technologies, and Microsoft Office applications.
