Job Description

The Bilingual Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter is an entry-level role based in Columbus, Ohio, on site. It covers recruitment activities, new-hire orientations, on-site check-ins, payroll processing, and coordination with clients, with a requirement for fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting new-hire orientations and coaching
  • Carrying out on-site check-ins
  • Managing recruiting activities including screening and interviewing candidates
  • Facilitating safety training
  • Tracking attendance
  • Processing payroll
  • Maintaining client communication and interaction
  • Identifying and solving issues as they arise
  • Performing general office duties

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Ability to interact professionally with clients at all levels in a fast-paced environment
  • Capacity to develop and maintain relationships with clients and associates
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficient computer skills including Outlook, Excel and Word

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with some flexibility required for client check-ins.

Compensation

Annual salary: USD 40,000
