Job Description
The Bilingual Junior Recruiter supports Taco Palenque's talent attraction, selection, and hiring for restaurant operations, with on-site responsibilities at Houston-area locations. This role is based in Spring, TX, serving Taco Palenque restaurant locations across the Houston market.
Responsibilities
- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with restaurant managers
- Support hiring and onboarding processes for new employees
- Assist with employee documentation and personnel files
- Support payroll-related employee information processes
- Coordinate training logistics for new hires
- Maintain communication with candidates and store leadership
- Participate in hiring events and open interviews
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) REQUIRED
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of office tools and administrative systems
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple candidates
- Ability to work closely with restaurant operations teams
- Availability to work on-site in Houston area restaurants
