Bilingual Junior Recruiter

The Bilingual Junior Recruiter supports Taco Palenque's talent attraction, selection, and hiring for restaurant operations, with on-site responsibilities at Houston-area locations. This role is based in Spring, TX, serving Taco Palenque restaurant locations across the Houston market.

Responsibilities

• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews with restaurant managers
• Support hiring and onboarding processes for new employees
• Assist with employee documentation and personnel files
• Support payroll-related employee information processes
• Coordinate training logistics for new hires
• Maintain communication with candidates and store leadership
• Participate in hiring events and open interviews

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) REQUIRED
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of office tools and administrative systems
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple candidates
• Ability to work closely with restaurant operations teams
• Availability to work on-site in Houston area restaurants
