Job Description
This bilingual English/Spanish Construction Recruiter role is onsite in Scottsdale, AZ for CGS Global, focusing on sourcing and hiring construction talent across multiple trades and supporting client onboarding. The position offers USD 55,000 to 58,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Identify and hire construction talent across multiple trades
- Post vacancies and actively recruit across multiple platforms
- Process I-9s, E-Verify, and onboarding documentation
- Manage multiple client relationships, job orders, and competing priorities
- Field calls, screen applicants, and guide candidates through the process
- Maintain accurate logs, spreadsheets, and candidate records
- Represent CGS Global with professionalism and energy in daily interactions
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
- Experience recruiting in the construction industry
- Friendly, confident, and naturally self-motivated
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience with TempWorks or similar ATS/job board systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
