Associate Recruiter

West Shore Home is seeking an Associate Recruiter to support Regional Recruiting for Skilled Trades and Sales & Support in Mechanicsburg, PA. This onsite role helps ensure open positions are staffed in a timely way by executing recruiting plans, moving candidates through each stage of the process, and meeting recruiting KPIs set by Regional Operations Recruiting leadership.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting activities, from resume review and initial outreach through assessments, interview coordination, and offer delivery. The role also emphasizes performance in a metrics-driven environment to support business-needed headcount targets.

What you’ll do

• Carry out assigned recruiting tasks for the Skilled Trades and Sales & Support functions within Regional Recruiting.
• Own the full candidate life cycle from early screening through offers.
• Review resumes to identify candidates with potential fit.
• Conduct phone screens to determine alignment with role requirements.
• Send assessments to candidates using The Predictive Index System.
• Coordinate interview scheduling for selected applicants with hiring managers.
• Extend verbal and written offers to candidates who are selected.
• Be accountable to meeting designated recruiting KPIs through the Regional Operations Recruiting Manager and, as necessary, the Director of Talent to maintain business-needed headcounts.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s Degree; commensurate customer service and/or recruiting experience may be considered in lieu of the degree.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team.
• A track record of success in a metrics-driven environment.

• Location: Mechanicsburg, PA (onsite)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
