Associate National Recruiter

Associate National Recruiter is a recruiting-only, delivery-focused role running national searches from Miami, onsite by MIA Airport.

Responsibilities

• Support national searches by sourcing and engaging candidates across industries and professional skill sets
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
• Conduct phone and video screens to assess skills, motivation, availability, and compensation alignment
• Submit qualified candidates and help move them through the process (scheduling, prep, feedback, and follow-ups)
• Maintain strong candidate communication and a clean candidate experience (including timely updates and organized handoffs)
• Keep ATS records accurate and up to date in Bullhorn (notes, status changes, submittals, and interviews)
• Partner closely with senior recruiters and account managers to prioritize openings and meet hiring timelines
• Apply and learn best practices in candidate control, pipeline management, and high-volume execution

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, sales, customer-facing, or other high-activity roles
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage candidates quickly and effectively
• Highly organized and proactive follow-through, with no need for repeated prompting
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with multiple searches active at once
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, or ATS tools (experience with Bullhorn is a plus)
