Pay range: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year (potential pre-tax earnings)

• Support leadership development by assisting in training new sales representatives

Requirements

• B2B sales experience
• Experience leading and recruiting independent sales teams
• Insurance sales experience and a Life & Accident/Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain it)
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently while motivating teams
• Motivated, positive team-building mindset
