Colonial Life seeks a Sales, Recruiting and Training Manager to grow and develop a high-performing sales team in the OC area through mentoring, hiring, field training, and client relationship building.
Responsibilities

- Conduct field training to support sales performance

- Help facilitate team meetings and other training exercises
