Responsibilities

Recruiting, sourcing, and screening candidates for open job orders
Assisting with filling client job orders and staffing needs
Communicating with applicants regarding employment opportunities and onboarding requirements
Assisting candidates through the onboarding process
Collecting and reviewing required employment documents
Coordinating employment verifications and/or background checks
Maintaining confidential and accurate candidate, onboarding, and recruiting records
Performing data entry and updating applicant tracking systems and databases
Supporting compliance, administrative, and staffing functions as assigned

Requirements

Proven experience in recruiting or related HR sourcing roles within the property management or real estate industry required
Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Demonstrated ability in negotiation, relationship management, and sales techniques to attract talent effectively
Excellent communication skills with the ability to conduct interviews confidently and articulate company values clearly
Familiarity with employment and labor law regulations relevant to hiring practices
Ability to research market trends, generate leads for talent acquisition campaigns
Spanish language required (Bilingual-Spanish)
Property management experience is preferred
Minimum 2 years of recruiting or related HR sourcing experience

Job Description

Grand Prairie CASA is seeking a part-time Recruiter to lead recruitment and training for CASA Volunteer Advocates in Stuttgart, AR.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with CASA staff to design and implement a plan to recruit new and diverse Volunteer Advocates.
Organize at least four outreach activities every month, emphasizing volunteer base diversification.
Ensure outreach records are completed accurately and submitted on schedule.
Handle inquiries about becoming a CASA volunteer, responding to each within 48 hours.
Plan and host monthly volunteer information sessions, or CASA 101s.
Complete required CASA training and at least 12 hours of continuing education annually.
Support the ongoing development of Grand Prairie CASA's volunteer recruitment plan.
Collaborate with CASA staff to craft a coordinated plan to improve retention of current volunteers (eg, annual appreciation event, cards for case closings, birthdays, service anniversaries).
Provide monthly written reports on recruitment and outreach results to the Program Director.
Work with the Program Director and Advocate Supervisors to assign new advocates.
Staff, maintain, and keep the CASA office clean and functional.
Represent CASA at community civic events within the four county region.
Assist with fundraising events as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
