Job Description
VP of Talent Acquisition at Pediatrics Plus, onsite in Conway, AR, with a yearly salary of USD 75,000; requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field and a minimum of seven years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Designs and executes the organization's talent acquisition strategy aligned with strategic goals and workforce planning.
- Defines short and long-range TA objectives and builds hiring plans to meet them.
- Drives recruiting initiatives to speed up hires, improve candidate quality, and advance diversity.
- Heads the recruiting team, offering guidance, mentorship, and career growth opportunities.
- Cultivates a collaborative, learning-oriented, and innovative work environment.
- Oversees end-to-end recruitment for all positions, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Executes sourcing plans using job boards, social platforms, employee referrals, and networking.
- Collaborates with leadership to assess staffing needs and align with business objectives.
- Sets KPIs and uses data to optimize metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
- Ensures recruitment practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Analyzes recruitment performance and provides insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Develops and promotes strategies to foster a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Ensures recruitment supports diversity initiatives and helps meet diversity hiring goals.
- Collaborates with marketing to shape and promote the employer brand to potential candidates.
- Uses social media, career fairs, partnerships, and other channels to strengthen the employer of choice image.
- Continuously evaluates and enhances recruiting processes, tools, and technologies to improve efficiency.
- Applies best practices in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection.
- Partners with HR, leadership, and hiring managers to understand departmental needs and ensure efficient processes.
- Builds relationships with external recruitment agencies, colleges, and other organizations to bolster talent pipelines.
- Engages in regular one-on-one meetings with the direct leader.
Requirements
- Capability to design and implement high-volume or executive-level recruitment strategies.
- Proficient with talent acquisition tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing technologies.
- Understanding of employment laws and hiring regulations.
- Experience using recruiting automation platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, HireVue, and Greenhouse.
- Creative thinking within established budget constraints.
- Maintains optimism and high energy to drive engagement.
- Skilled at presenting information and answering questions to stakeholders across the company.
- Capable of working independently on projects, negotiations, and cross-functional coordination.
