Technical Recruiter

RiVidium Inc. is hiring a Technical Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring for cyber and IT talent serving federal and Intelligence Community programs. Based onsite in Vienna, VA 22182, this role focuses on sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for Govcon projects, including positions that may require high-level security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and hire qualified candidates for cyber and IT roles across the federal contracting sector and Intelligence Community, including roles requiring high-level security clearances.
• Lead the recruitment lifecycle from job requisitions and candidate sourcing through interviews and offer negotiations.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of pre-qualified candidates for future Govcon needs, with emphasis on niche technical skills such as cybersecurity, cloud computing, and network security.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, program leads, and other stakeholders to understand job requirements, timelines, and contract needs.
• Ensure hiring practices follow government regulations and internal policies, including requirements related to security clearances and labor categories, and accurately maintain candidate statuses in the ATS.
• Stay current on trends in cyber and IT talent, compensation, and applicable government contracting regulations to support attraction and retention efforts.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of technical recruiting experience with a strong focus on cyber and IT roles within the Govcon sector.
• Working knowledge of government contracts, including FAR/DFARS compliance, labor categories, and security clearance requirements.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting candidates with active security clearances such as TS/SCI, Secret, Public, and DHS clearance (examples provided).
• Familiarity with cyber and IT terminology, certifications including CISSP, CAP, CISM, CEH, and CCNA, and emerging technologies in the federal space.
• Proficiency with ATS, recruiting tools, and sourcing platforms, including Monster, Indeed, and ClearanceJobs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for government agencies such as the DoD and NGA, or other Intelligence Community organizations.
• Track record of successfully filling high-priority roles within tight timelines.

Job Details

• Salary: USD 60,000 - 70,000 per year
