Technical Recruiter

Join The Hollister Group’s Technology Staffing team as a Technical Recruiter supporting contract opportunities. This full-time role is based in Boston, MA with hybrid work and EST hours. The compensation for this position is USD 50,000 to 60,000 per year, and the role is eligible for commission.

What you will do

• Build talent pipelines by proactively connecting with potential Technology talent through community involvement, professional networking, event attendance, cultivating referrals, and using online job boards
• Source and qualify candidates by sourcing, screening, and identifying qualified Technology talent, primarily for contract opportunities
• Evaluate fit by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements
• Own the interview process from initial interview through the offer stage
• Partner with sales to match talent preferences with client needs and help facilitate the best outcome
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by providing outstanding customer service and top-tier support throughout the job search process
• Stay current by researching new technology and keeping up with current technology trends
• Act as an advocate by developing meaningful relationships and serving as a resource throughout each candidate’s search

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, with experience strongly considered
• 1 year of experience in customer service, recruiting, or business development in the Technology industry
• Knowledge or a strong interest in current and new technology trends
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships and networks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrated follow-up
• Exceptional organization, time management, and attention to detail
• Technology skills including Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office; calendar management software experience strongly preferred; Salesforce experience is a plus
