Talent Acquisition & Workforce Manager

The Talent Acquisition & Workforce Manager role at Moscarino Landscape + Design supports a rapidly growing commercial landscape and snow management operation in Ohio. This onsite position centers on building a reliable hiring pipeline, managing staffing needs year-round, and developing strong community and workforce partnerships with a high level of autonomy.

Role Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire field, office, and leadership employees.
• Develop and maintain relationships with trade schools, workforce agencies, military transition programs, community organizations, and referral partners.
• Create recruiting approaches that sustain a full hiring pipeline throughout the year.
• Coordinate interviews, hiring steps, and onboarding activities.
• Recruit, qualify, and maintain relationships with snow subcontractors prior to each winter season.
• Partner with the Operations team to anticipate staffing needs before they become urgent.
• Represent the company at hiring events, networking opportunities, and within the local community.
