Job Description

Compensation

Salary range: USD 75,000 - 300,000 per year. This is a commission-only pay structure with the potential for six-figure overrides and residual income.

Sacramento, CA (hybrid)

Responsibilities

  • Review applications from multiple job boards and reach out to market agents to highlight the systems and tools available to elevate their business.
  • Engage in daily outreach via calls, texts, emails, social channels, and LinkedIn.
  • Oversee postings on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job boards.
  • Re-engage past applicants and leads in the CRM; build warm pipelines and maintain ongoing communication with prospects.
  • Set and close appointments; conduct 20- to 25-minute Zoom screens.
  • Evaluate personality, motivation, culture fit, licensing status, and goals; filter out poor fits to protect leadership time.
  • Advance qualified candidates through the interview process and coordinate in-person interviews at the office (group and one-on-one formats).
  • Send confirmations and reminders; keep candidates engaged and warm.
  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM pipeline; track daily/weekly/yearly recruiting metrics and deliver reports to leadership.
  • Connect agents with the admin team to initiate onboarding paperwork and ensure KPIs around screening calls and interviews booked.
