Job Description

Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT Recruiter) at eNGINE in Pittsburgh, PA hybrid role focused on sourcing technology professionals, guiding them through interviews, preparing candidates, negotiating offers, and collaborating with Sales; includes extensive training and a defined career ladder.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture a network of technology professionals using multiple outreach methods, including phone and mobile calls, email, and social media messaging.
  • Interview candidates, assess fit for high-demand skill sets, and align qualifications with current open requisitions.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews by coaching on processes, expectations, and potential questions.
  • Negotiate and extend employment offers, presenting terms clearly and professionally.
  • Partner with the Sales team to understand client hiring needs and translate them into actionable recruiting plans.
  • Manage the engagement and progression of consultants throughout their assignments.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities for effective outreach and candidate evaluation.
  • Proficiency with computers and social media platforms for sourcing and outreach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced culture while staying focused and organized.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, communication, or a related field.
  • Capacity to multi-task and proactively plan work activities.
  • Previous Sales or Business Development experience is highly preferred.
  • Must reside in the Pittsburgh, PA region and be eligible for hybrid work arrangements.
