Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist (Clinical Recruiter) at Rezilient Health oversees full-cycle recruitment for clinical and care delivery roles, with a primary focus on Providers (MDs/DOs/NPs/PAs), Paramedics, Care Navigators, and other patient-facing staff. This onsite position in St. Louis, MO coordinates sourcing, screening, credentialing coordination, and guides candidates through a fast, high-quality hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end clinical recruiting for Provider and care team positions, including Clinic Medics, Care Navigators, and Nurse Navigators, from intake and sourcing through credentialing coordination and offer acceptance.
- Collaborate with Medical Directors, Clinical Operations leaders, and the Talent Acquisition team to define candidate profiles, align on role requirements, and sustain momentum across active clinical searches.
- Identify and engage both passive and active clinical candidates via physician-specific job boards, LinkedIn, healthcare networks, specialty associations, referrals, and resume databases to build strong pipelines for priority and future roles.
- Conduct candidate screens to assess licensure, experience, clinical philosophy, practice preferences, compensation expectations, and alignment with Rezilient’s care delivery model and mission.
- Coordinate interviews and clinical assessments, manage scheduling logistics, prepare candidates for each stage, and provide structured evaluation support to hiring leaders throughout the process.
- Explain credentialing and privileging requirements to stakeholders and candidates.
- Work cross-functionally with People Operations and Clinical Operations to ensure a seamless transition from offer to start for all clinical hires.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, pipeline stages, interview feedback, and recruiting activity in ATS tools such as Workable or other systems.
- Draft and manage candidate communications that reflect Rezilient’s clinical mission and deliver a professional, responsive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Support the upkeep of recruiting templates, outreach messaging, job posting workflows, clinical scorecards, and process documentation to improve speed and consistency across clinical searches.
- Track clinical hiring activity, identify pipeline bottlenecks, and surface insights to enhance recruiting efficiency and quality of hire.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience recruiting clinical healthcare professionals, with proven success placing Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, or allied health roles in healthcare or digital health settings.
- Familiarity with clinical licensing, credentialing, and scope of practice across Provider and care team roles.
- Experience using ATS platforms such as Workable, Rippling, Greenhouse, or similar systems; comfort with physician-specific sourcing tools (e.g., PracticeLink, NEJM CareerCenter).
- Willingness to take full ownership of clinical requisitions, candidate experience, and follow-through.
- Demonstrates urgency, persistence, and grit to advance hard-to-fill searches.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a relationship-first approach; ability to build trust with candidates and hiring leaders through authenticity, warmth, responsiveness, and timely updates.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, adapting quickly to shifting hiring priorities while maintaining motivation.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple clinical searches simultaneously with accurate records and precise logistics.
