Talent Acquisition Specialist

Onsite in Spring, TX, AXIOM PROFESSIONALS LLC seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit top talent and collaborate with hiring managers on selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, set recruiting priorities, establish timelines, and outline candidate profiles.
• Lead the full recruiting lifecycle from intake through offer and selection support.
• Publish and maintain openings on internal and external job boards.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Perform phone screenings and initial candidate assessments.
• Arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Keep up-to-date, accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Provide candidates with timely updates on status, next steps, and expectations.
• Ensure recruiting practices remain consistent, professional, and compliant with relevant employment laws.
• Monitor and report on recruiting activity, pipeline status, time-to-fill, and related metrics.
• Develop relationships with external sourcing channels and professional network partners as needed.
• Perform additional recruiting-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• 5 years of demonstrated experience with a focus on Human Resources, Recruiting or related fields.
• Bachelor’s Degree – preferred

The Talent Acquisition Specialist functions as a key member of AXIOM's Recruiting Department, recruiting top talent using validated interview techniques to assess fit with the role and the company culture. The position involves advising hiring managers on selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for open roles. It also entails evaluating applications, resumes, compensation needs, and other qualifications, with additional duties as assigned by the CHRO.
