Job Description

This Talent Acquisition Specialist role at evolvedMD focuses on full-cycle recruiting with a hybrid schedule in Scottsdale, AZ.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define each role's requirements and align with hiring goals and expectations.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle across multiple open positions to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
  • Develop and nurture high-touch relationships with a broad network of active and passive candidates for future openings.
  • Maintain activity on job boards and social networks, and craft, publish, and promote job descriptions.
  • Screen resumes, qualify candidates, conduct interviews, and guide candidates through the process from interview prep to final offer negotiations.
  • Stay current with recruiting trends and best practices through ongoing education, industry publications, networking, and professional groups.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in talent acquisition, sales, account management, or HR; healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build cooperative, trust-based working relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Comfortable making independent decisions.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, HRIS, and other recruitment platforms.
  • Ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with interview techniques and candidate screening methods.
  • Knowledge of recruitment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Experience sourcing through a variety of channels and job boards such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.

Compensation

  • Salary range: $70,000 - $80,000 annually (DOE)
  • $1,200 annual technology allowance
  • 401(k) company match up to 3%
