You will partner with hiring managers and HR to craft a smooth candidate journey from outreach to onboarding. Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the selection process
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies
  • Source candidates using a mix of traditional and innovative methods such as job boards, social media, networking, referrals, career fairs, and community partnerships
  • Utilize the applicant tracking system (ATS) to identify and engage passive candidates for open roles
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, hiring team communication, and candidate follow-up to ensure a smooth process
  • Maintain accurate and compliant candidate records within the ATS
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
  • Collaborate with external staffing agencies and recruitment vendors as needed
  • Support the offer process by preparing offer letters and communicating compensation, benefits, and employment terms
  • Coordinate pre-employment screenings, including background checks
  • Ensure recruiting practices comply with federal and state employment laws, including EEO and affirmative action requirements
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns to enhance visibility and attract high-quality candidates
  • Provide data and insights on recruiting metrics, trends, and opportunities for process improvement
  • Support HR projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition and workforce planning

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full cycle recruitment experience
  • Willingness to travel to Baxter & Woodman’s regional office locations; own transportation required
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work
  • Ability to work independently or with a team
  • Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner

Compensation

The pay range for this role is $57,000-$70,000 per year. Actual compensation packages are based on factors that are unique to each candidate, including skill set, depth of experience, and certifications.
