Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the selection process
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies
- Source candidates using a mix of traditional and innovative methods such as job boards, social media, networking, referrals, career fairs, and community partnerships
- Utilize the applicant tracking system (ATS) to identify and engage passive candidates for open roles
- Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment
- Coordinate interview scheduling, hiring team communication, and candidate follow-up to ensure a smooth process
- Maintain accurate and compliant candidate records within the ATS
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
- Collaborate with external staffing agencies and recruitment vendors as needed
- Support the offer process by preparing offer letters and communicating compensation, benefits, and employment terms
- Coordinate pre-employment screenings, including background checks
- Ensure recruiting practices comply with federal and state employment laws, including EEO and affirmative action requirements
- Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns to enhance visibility and attract high-quality candidates
- Provide data and insights on recruiting metrics, trends, and opportunities for process improvement
- Support HR projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition and workforce planning
Requirements
- 2+ years of full cycle recruitment experience
- Willingness to travel to Baxter & Woodman’s regional office locations; own transportation required
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work
- Ability to work independently or with a team
- Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner

Compensation
The pay range for this role is $57,000-$70,000 per year. Actual compensation packages are based on factors that are unique to each candidate, including skill set, depth of experience, and certifications.
