Job Description
Talent Acquisition Specialist in Bellevue focuses on outbound recruiting of Northwestern Mutual financial advisors, guiding candidates through the selection process with performance-based rewards.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage candidates via LinkedIn, employee referrals, and your personal network
- Conduct phone screens and initial interviews, guiding strong candidates toward the next step
- Navigate candidates through the selection process, partnering with firm leadership on final interviews and decisions
- Develop a referral pipeline by connecting with Northwestern Mutual advisors
- Monitor weekly activity and conversion metrics to maintain visibility into progress
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or recruiting with a track record of driving action
- Energy for meeting new people and comfort asking for commitment
- Resilience and self-direction; treat a no as information
- Consistent daily discipline with a drive to achieve measurable goals
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Role Details

- Salary: USD 65,000 - 140,000 per year
