Job Description

Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for full-cycle recruitment to support IHCS's home health and related services, onsite in Miramar, Florida.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruiting processes for the organization.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and attract high-caliber talent for enduring placements.
  • Source, screen, interview, assess, and select candidates; extend offers, negotiate terms, and guide candidates through onboarding; coordinate internal placements.
  • Represent the employer brand at career fairs, college campuses, and other recruitment events.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future roles using creative sourcing methods, technology, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Human Resources, or equivalent staffing and recruiting related experience.
  • Three to five years of hands-on recruitment experience.
  • Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Knowledge of HRIS or ATS systems; UKG experience a plus.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Graphic design skills are a plus.
