Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding activities
  • Recruit for a variety of roles and levels, including skilled trades, warehouse/operations, transportation/logistics, technical, and professional office positions
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand staffing needs, operational challenges, workforce priorities, and team fit
  • Source and engage candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, direct outreach, and additional recruiting strategies
  • Lead candidate interviews and guide hiring teams through selection, hiring, and onboarding while ensuring a positive experience for candidates and managers
  • Maintain accurate recruitment activity, candidate records, and onboarding documentation within ATS, HR systems, and workflow tools including UKG, Jira, and ClickUp
  • Monitor pipelines and hiring activity to inform reporting, continuous improvement, and efficiency efforts
  • Ensure recruiting, hiring, onboarding, I-9, and E-Verify practices comply with state and federal regulations
  • Represent the organization at career fairs, recruiting events, orientations, and community outreach as needed
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, strong communication, and a collaborative, team-first approach in a fast-paced onsite environment

Requirements

  • Education: Associate degree or post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered
  • Experience: 2+ years in recruiting, talent acquisition, hiring, onboarding, or HR coordination
  • Experience supporting recruitment across multiple functions and position types, including operational, technical, skilled trades, logistics, or professional roles
  • Working knowledge of ATS, recruiting technologies, HRIS platforms, and candidate pipeline management
  • Strong technology aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and processes
  • Understanding of recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and employment law compliance practices
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Professionalism, sound judgment, and ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to document recruiting and onboarding accurately
  • Experience using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace for communication, reporting, scheduling, and collaboration
  • Ability to work onsite and build strong relationships with hiring managers, leadership, and internal teams
  • Ability to work onsite daily at the Corporate Headquarters in Marshfield, WI
