Talent Acquisition Specialist

Elara Caring seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Dallas, TX (onsite) to partner with hiring managers, define staffing needs, and drive recruiting through traditional and non-traditional methods.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Craft and deploy recruiting strategies using traditional and non-traditional resources.
• Source both active and passive candidates through creative outreach channels, including social media, job boards, cold outreach, networking, trade journals, professional networks, job fairs, campus recruiting, and more.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or a related field is required.
• Minimum five years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
• Workday applicant tracking system experience is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with Executives, Directors, and team members.
• Travel requirement: up to 10% of work time.
