Talent Acquisition Recruiter

NeuroRestorative is seeking a remote Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support hiring across New England and other East Coast locations. This role focuses on building strong, diverse applicant pools and recruiting qualified employees who help ensure daily operations run smoothly, including occasional travel for hiring events.

Based in Portland, ME (remote), the recruiter will manage end-to-end recruiting activities while coordinating onboarding, maintaining compliant and confidential documentation, and using data to inform reporting to management.

What You’ll Do

• Carry out recruiting activities including sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and related candidate engagement steps.
• Draft employment advertisements and select appropriate external sources to attract qualified applicants.
• Build and execute sourcing and recruitment strategies, including advertising campaigns, job fairs, and school programs.
• Analyze recruitment and retention outcomes and provide reporting to management.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding programs, maintain confidential documents and employee files, and track applicants alongside supporting documentation.
• Travel as needed to plan and host hiring events and meet with community members to promote career opportunities.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience covering insourcing, recruiting, hiring, and HR generalist responsibilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to establish rapport.
• Technically savvy approach with demonstrated knowledge of social media best practices, applicant tracking systems, and Excel.
• Strong commitment to the organization’s mission and values.
• Ability to interpret recruitment metrics and make appropriate recommendations.
• Self-discipline to manage a remote work environment, including the ability and willingness to meet hiring and employment retention goals.
