Job Description

Talent Acquisition Recruiter, Geosyntec Consultants, Inc., supports full lifecycle recruitment across assigned regions, builds a proactive talent pipeline, and advises on market trends and compliance for early and mid-career roles, with hybrid/remote options and potential base in North America East locations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talent.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing and recruitment strategies to proactively identify high-quality candidates.
  • Partner with business leaders to implement diversity and inclusion initiatives that support growth and broaden representation at all levels.
  • Manage the candidate experience by gathering feedback and communicating status to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Cultivate relationships across the region; regularly meet with hiring managers to understand business needs and craft effective recruiting strategies.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to plan and fulfill talent needs.
  • Ensure a compliant recruiting process for passive candidates and manage jobs and candidates within the applicant tracking system.
  • Review processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and alignment with business goals.
  • Leverage diverse sourcing channels to attract active and passive candidates, including referrals, job boards, the internet, social media, industry and community organizations, with emphasis on diverse talent.
  • Stay informed about external marketplace and industry trends and provide actionable recommendations.
  • May participate in additional recruitment programs, including diversity initiatives, student outreach, immigration, and manager training opportunities.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of full-lifecycle recruitment experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (required).
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook (required).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (required).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build and maintain relationships (required).
  • Ability to travel as needed (required).
