Job Description

This onsite Talent Acquisition Recruiter role supports Sevita's REM Community Services in Hastings, Minnesota. The position focuses on recruiting and hiring staff to sustain daily operations and to ensure a qualified, diverse applicant pool, with travel to Minnesota as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct recruitment activities including sourcing, resume screening, and candidate interviewing.
  • Draft employment advertisements and identify suitable external sources to attract qualified applicants.
  • Develop and implement sourcing and recruitment strategies such as advertising campaigns, job fairs, and school partnerships.
  • Analyze recruitment and retention metrics and report findings to management.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding programs, maintain confidential documents and employee files, and track applicant documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of recruiting experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with others.
  • Technically proficient with social media recruiting, applicant tracking systems, and Excel.
  • Strong commitment to the company’s mission and values.
  • Ability to interpret metrics and make actionable recommendations.

Details

Location: Hastings, Minnesota (onsite)

Salary: USD 56,000 per year

Travel: Travel to Minnesota as needed
