Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter role is an onsite position in Fort Lauderdale, FL, focused on sourcing, coordinating, and advancing recruitment for AIDS Healthcare Foundation across the Southern Bureau. The role collaborates closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and department leaders, with ADP Recruitment Manager experience preferred.
Role Context
This position centers on delivering quality recruitment across multiple business lines, maintaining strong stakeholder communication, and driving the end-to-end hiring process in a fast-paced environment. The recruiter's efforts help uphold AHF's mission to provide cutting-edge HIV care and advocacy, regardless of a candidate's ability to pay.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality recruitment support across diverse business lines
- Strategically prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all hiring activities
- Provide consistent and professional customer service to stakeholders
- Foster clear and proactive communication with hiring managers
- Prepare and share daily recruitment status updates
- Engage in candidate sourcing through multiple channels
- Perform proactive cold outreach to potential candidates
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and various departments within AHF
- Partner with Department Leaders in a collaborative, solution-oriented, flexible, and approachable manner
- Operate as part of a close-knit team to achieve results in a fast-paced setting
- Enhance AHF's reputation by contributing as a cooperative team member
- Ensure a thorough and efficient hiring process from start to finish
- Establish a primary point of contact for recruitment across Southern Bureau business lines
- Source, negotiate, onboard, and report effectively in a dynamic environment
- Represent the organization at job fairs and networking events; travel within the region as needed
- Demonstrate superior communication, interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude

- ADP Recruitment Manager experience is preferred
