Job Description

Jupiter Medical Center in Jupiter, Florida is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to guide the end-to-end candidate journey from sourcing through onboarding. This onsite role partners with HR and department leadership to design recruiting plans and continually refine the hiring process to support the center’s goals. A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, HR management, clinical or related field, and at least one year of recruiting experience—preferably with healthcare—are key prerequisites.

Responsibilities

  • Foster a productive relationship with peers on the talent acquisition team to ensure coordinated efforts.
  • Lead the creation of a comprehensive recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
  • Leverage social and professional networks to identify and source qualified candidates.
  • Actively build and maintain networks to widen the pool of potential hires.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with prospective candidates to nurture interest and engagement.
  • Explore and recommend new sourcing channels for both active and passive candidates.
  • Hold regular follow-up meetings with managers to assess the effectiveness of recruiting plans and their implementation.
  • Propose ideas to enhance recruiting strategies to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Educate HR teams and operational leaders on current, effective recruiting modalities.
  • Participate in and support recruitment events as needed.
  • Act as a process-improvement advocate to improve the candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Provide market and recruiting expertise to HR and operational partners.
  • Assist with onboarding facilitation and scheduling of new hire orientation sessions.
  • Contribute ideas and hands-on assistance to help Jupiter Medical Center exceed organizational hiring goals.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with candidates and department leadership.
  • Champion Jupiter Medical Center’s culture, values, and employer brand while communicating why candidates should join.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience, with healthcare experience preferred.
  • At least 1 year of direct sourcing experience, including cold calling and social media outreach.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Knowledge of recruitment metrics such as turnover, vacancy rates, and time-to-fill.

Physical Requirements

  • Sitting for long periods; occasional stooping, bending, standing, and stretching.
  • Manual dexterity for typing and data entry.
  • Ability to work under pressure, operate independently, and make sound decisions; detail-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Capability to push/pull up to 40 lbs and lift up to 20 lbs.

Threshold Requirements

  • Annual Joint Commission mandatory education requirements, in-service activities, and attendance at new employee orientation.
  • TB/PPD Surveillance Program participation.
  • Maintenance of required professional licensing and/or certifications.
