Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Partner role at Colgate-Palmolive supports full-lifecycle recruiting for Global Supply Chain and Research & Development teams in Piscataway, NJ (hybrid). Reporting to a TA Director, the position blends recruiting execution with strategic advisory work, leveraging labor market insight and data storytelling to improve hiring outcomes.
Role Overview
This position manages professional recruiting activities from intake through offer acceptance, with an emphasis on delivering both efficiency and quality of hire. The Talent Acquisition Partner also serves as a strategic advisor to internal clients, guiding decisions on sourcing approaches and candidate requirements using market and talent intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle professional recruitment, from initial intake through offer acceptance, optimizing for efficiency and quality of hire.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles, build competitive selling points, and standardize candidate assessment strategies informed by thorough labor market research.
- Drive continuous improvement in the talent acquisition process by identifying gaps and recommending solutions to enhance the experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Advise HR and business leaders using market and talent insights to guide sourcing strategy and candidate requirements; deliver quarterly recruitment updates to the leadership team.
- Contribute to annual Talent Acquisition initiatives, including process optimization, technology reviews, and supporting the implementation and adoption of new tools and capabilities.
- Execute sourcing strategies using tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insights to engage targeted passive talent, strengthen future-ready pipelines, and reduce time-to-fill metrics.
- Develop targeted attraction strategies using Colgate-Palmolive employer brand assets to identify and engage passive talent pools aligned to client-specific talent agendas.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of talent acquisition and/or human resources experience
- Experience driving continuous improvement by identifying gaps and implementing data-informed solutions
- Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, matrixed organization while managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated proficiency collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience managing full-cycle recruitment for professional, salaried roles (for example, Sales, Marketing, or Corporate functions) within a large, global organization
- Consultation and influencing capabilities, including the ability to partner with and present to senior leaders
- Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and regional employment or hiring laws
- Hands-on experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed

Location and Work Authorization
Location: Piscataway, NJ (hybrid).
Work visa sponsorship: Not available for this position. Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis and must not require the Company’s sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: USD 109,000 to 130,000 per year
- Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location
- Salaried employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles
