NiCE-FLEX delivers maximum flexibility: two days in the office and three days remote each week. Office days emphasize face to face collaboration to drive innovation, teamwork, and a vibrant, interactive atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with management to recruit for R&D, Infrastructure and Product roles.
  • Post openings on the company career site and manage requisitions.
  • Oversee the interview process with hiring managers.
  • Maintain the Greenhouse applicant tracking system, ensuring all candidates are tracked.
  • Manage the candidate experience from first impression to final interaction, consistently presenting NiCE in a professional and positive manner.
  • Lead the job requisition workflow, including validating job descriptions prior to posting, and securing budget and approvals from stakeholders.
  • Execute recruiting functions such as writing effective advertisements, selecting recruiting strategies for ad placement, defining required skills with hiring managers, screening candidates, and presenting vetted candidates.
  • Adopt best practices to reduce days to present qualified candidates and minimize cost per hire, with outside agency recruiters reserved for exceptional circumstances.
  • Administer Greenhouse, maintaining a compliant online application system, interview notes, applicant progress, and final disposition of applications.
  • Conduct reference checks as needed.
  • Ensure all pre hire and new hire paperwork is completed, including background checks and drug screens.
  • Continuously develop new recruiting and sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates.
  • Prescreen and interview candidates and schedule interviews with hiring managers and teams as appropriate.
  • Ensure recruiting activities comply with company policies and government regulations.
  • Adhere to the company Code of Ethics and NiCE policies and procedures at all times.
  • Communicate in a professional and effective manner with customers inside and outside NiCE.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2 to 4 years of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally including time in an agency setting; corporate or in house experience is a plus.
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system on a day to day basis; Greenhouse experience is a plus.
  • Proven success in a service-driven culture.
  • Working knowledge of employment law as it applies to hiring and interviewing.
  • Coachable, curious, and eager to learn. Tech recruiting experience isn’t required; solid fundamentals and a willingness to learn how NiCE hires for technical roles are valued.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Intermediate experience with HRIS systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Energetic and proactive personality.
