Job Description

This onsite Talent Acquisition Partner role in New York, NY leads Emerald X's recruiting across events, media, sales, and corporate teams, partnering with hiring managers and remaining hands-on in recruiting with a focus on sales and revenue roles to enhance candidate experience. The target compensation is $90,000 to $115,000, with the higher end available for candidates based in the New York City area who will work from our New York office three days per week.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for key roles while directing recruiting delivery across the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define talent needs and craft effective recruiting strategies.
- Develop proactive sourcing plans to attract top talent, emphasizing sales and revenue generating roles.
- Prioritize requisitions, monitor pipeline health, manage hiring timelines, and shape offers.
- Drive consistency and efficiency in the hiring process while preserving a strong candidate experience.
- Use recruiting data and analytics to identify trends, improve outcomes, and measure performance.
- Continuously optimize recruiting workflows, ATS usage, and reporting capabilities.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and leaders throughout the process.
- Coach hiring managers on structured interviewing, candidate assessment, and recruiting best practices.
- Partner with People & Culture and Marketing to support employer branding and talent marketing initiatives.
- Lead recruiting projects and process improvements that boost efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure hiring practices are compliant, equitable, and aligned with Emerald's commitment to inclusion and belonging.
Requirements
- 4+ years of recruiting experience.
- Demonstrated success recruiting sales and revenue generating talent.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting and a high volume of open positions.
- Strong sourcing skills and experience building candidate pipelines in competitive markets.
- A data-driven approach with experience using recruiting metrics to measure and improve results.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting technology.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple hiring priorities.
