Job Description

Peak Credit Union is expanding its talent acquisition efforts with a remote-capable Talent Acquisition Partner. Based in or near Lacey, WA, this role collaborates with hiring managers and People Business Partners to source, attract, and hire top talent across a full recruiting lifecycle, typically handling 15 to 30 requisitions at a time. The position blends strategic workforce planning with hands-on execution to deliver a positive candidate experience and strong organizational impact.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from intake to offer.
  • Conduct in-take meetings to align on roles and expectations.
  • Source qualified candidates through a balanced mix of passive, active, and referral channels.
  • Screen applications and conduct interviews via phone, video, and in-person formats.
  • Coordinate assessments and lead scorecard calibration meetings.
  • Provide timely, actionable feedback to hiring managers.
  • Facilitate hiring decisions for a broad range of roles in a timely, cost-effective, and compliant manner.
  • Partner with hiring managers and People Business Partners to understand business needs and define role requirements.
  • Design tailored recruitment strategies aligned with workforce planning goals.
  • Cultivate a positive candidate experience through timely, thoughtful, and engaging communication.
  • Promote credit union values and culture while integrating DEI principles across all hiring stages.
  • Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidates, recruitment pipelines, tags, offer letters, referrals, and records.
  • Collaborate with Onboarding Experience Partner, People Operations, and Total Rewards to ensure a smooth candidate-to-employee transition.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and candidate feedback, delivering insights to leadership and suggesting optimization strategies.
  • Provide guidance and training to hiring teams on recruitment best practices, interview techniques, assessments, and market trends.
  • Leverage social media and professional networks for sourcing and recruitment.
  • Build and maintain target talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles; conduct initial outreach and screen passive candidates.
  • Track sourcing metrics and apply labor market insights to inform strategies.
  • Manage the employee referral program and ensure follow-through with candidates.
  • Deliver engaging employer brand content and strengthen external networks and partnerships.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations; perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum three years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and preboarding.

Where you will work

Remote role open to candidates residing in Washington or Oregon. Branches are noted as part of the operational footprint.

Pay range

The target hourly pay range is $83,424 to $94,800, with a full annual pay range of $75,840 to $113,760.

What you’ll bring

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems on a daily basis.
  • Ability to build effective, positive relationships with candidates, hiring teams, and cross-functional partners across time zones.
  • Commitment to delivering an excellent candidate experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using social media and professional networks for recruitment.
  • Experience with inclusive hiring practices and knowledge of employment laws related to hiring and equal opportunity.
  • Project management skills and the ability to maintain accurate records across software tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Bonus points if you have

  • Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS and other recruitment technologies is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
