Job Description

In the Talent Acquisition Partner role, you will serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions, and help strengthen our recruitment processes and employer brand.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for a diverse portfolio of roles across several departments.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define hiring strategies, and deliver top talent.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing plans using LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen candidates and coordinate interview processes to maintain a smooth experience.
  • Advise interview teams on best practices for assessment and selection.
  • Build and sustain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive, inclusive, and high-touch candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Track recruiting metrics and use data to inform decisions and process improvements.
  • Support employer branding efforts and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR and People Operations on onboarding and workforce planning initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth company, agency, or corporate environment.
  • Proven ability to recruit across a variety of functions and levels.
  • Strong sourcing skills with experience identifying passive candidates.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Compensation

Base Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 annually. Actual compensation is subject to variation based on education, experience, skills, and location.
