In the Talent Acquisition Partner role, you will serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions, and help strengthen our recruitment processes and employer brand.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for a diverse portfolio of roles across several departments.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define hiring strategies, and deliver top talent.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing plans using LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interview processes to maintain a smooth experience.
- Advise interview teams on best practices for assessment and selection.
- Build and sustain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive, inclusive, and high-touch candidate experience throughout the process.
- Track recruiting metrics and use data to inform decisions and process improvements.
- Support employer branding efforts and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR and People Operations on onboarding and workforce planning initiatives.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth company, agency, or corporate environment.
- Proven ability to recruit across a variety of functions and levels.
- Strong sourcing skills with experience identifying passive candidates.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Compensation
Base Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 annually. Actual compensation is subject to variation based on education, experience, skills, and location.
