Job Description

Onsite in Trussville, Alabama, the Talent Acquisition Partner for Amerex leads end-to-end recruiting for hourly and salaried roles, builds candidate pipelines, and drives hiring quality improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full cycle recruitment for both hourly and salaried positions
  • Develop proactive sourcing channels and recruiting pipelines
  • Collaborate with operations leaders to forecast staffing needs
  • Administer applicant tracking and recruiting metrics
  • Coordinate interview processes and maintain clear communication with hiring managers
  • Lead recruitment events and cultivate community partnerships
  • Enhance candidate experience and strengthen employer branding
  • Monitor time-to-fill and quality-of-hire metrics and implement improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting in manufacturing or operations environments preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting analytics; Smart Recruiters experience is a plus
