Fox Pest Control offers an in-office Talent Acquisition Operations Recruiter role in Logan, UT with a salary range of $50,000 to $80,000 per year. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication with the hiring manager and company stakeholders
- Focus on hiring Customer Service Representatives, Dispatchers, Team Leads, Customer Care Managers, and Branch Operations Managers
- Daily activity in the ATS system, posting jobs, processing and pre-screening candidates, including making hiring decisions
- Participate in TA team strategic projects, initiatives, and improvement of procedures and systems
- Partner with, build relationships, coach and train hiring managers on best, most effective and compliant hiring practices
- Partner with Director of TA in necessary process development and improvement
- Source candidates using various creative methods (ATS, LinkedIn, resume search with Indeed)
- Basic reporting of KPIs and TA/recruiting metrics
- Lead change and improvement in operational hiring practices and SOPs
- This is an in-office position and not remote
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in staffing frontline and entry-level, high-volume positions
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage change
- Experience in training stakeholders on the importance and use of TA methods and practices
- Interpersonal skills
