Job Description
VIBE Recruiting seeks an onsite Talent Acquisition Manager for construction recruiting in Gilbert, AZ, with a salary range of USD 75,000 to 85,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Direct and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, providing ongoing coaching and growth opportunities.
- Set recruiting goals, define performance standards, and establish accountability measures.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and training initiatives to elevate capability.
- Promote a culture of urgency, professionalism, and continuous improvement across the team.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple regions and business functions.
- Create and implement sourcing plans using job boards, social platforms, networking, referrals, and passive candidate outreach.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Support sourcing and recruiting for high-priority and hard-to-fill roles.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the selection process.
- Collaborate with leadership to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
- Guide hiring managers through interviews and selections.
- Support offer negotiations and final hiring decisions.
- Monitor recruiting trends and recommend improvements to strategies and processes.
- Oversee onboarding activities and assist with new hire integration.
- Maintain follow-up communication with newly hired employees.
- Partner with leadership to improve employee retention and hiring success.
- Track and report recruiting performance metrics.
- Monitor hiring activity, sourcing effectiveness, time-to-fill, and retention indicators.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of recruiting experience.
- At least two years in a leadership role responsible for building and guiding a recruiting team.
- Proven success in high-volume hiring environments.
- Solid sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation abilities.
- Experience using Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter, and related recruiting tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred.
