Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters
- Collaborate with leaders to achieve staffing objectives
- Monitor recruiting metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support the evolution of recruiting analytics, Tableau experience a plus
- Support recruitment marketing and digital sourcing initiatives
- Build and sustain relationships with community and workforce partners
Requirements
- Experience leading recruiting teams or readiness to take the next step
- Proven history of meeting hiring targets
- Interest or experience with analytics, dashboards, or BI tools
- Comfort with digital recruiting and social media
- Curious, adaptable, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience with an ATS, UKG or UltiPro a plus
