Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters
  • Collaborate with leaders to achieve staffing objectives
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support the evolution of recruiting analytics, Tableau experience a plus
  • Support recruitment marketing and digital sourcing initiatives
  • Build and sustain relationships with community and workforce partners

Requirements

  • Experience leading recruiting teams or readiness to take the next step
  • Proven history of meeting hiring targets
  • Interest or experience with analytics, dashboards, or BI tools
  • Comfort with digital recruiting and social media
  • Curious, adaptable, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experience with an ATS, UKG or UltiPro a plus
