The Talent Acquisition Associate Recruiter plays a key role in guiding the full recruitment lifecycle with a focus on efficiency and an excellent candidate experience. The listed salary for this role is USD 64,188 to 86,652 per year.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate recruitment for open roles and attract diverse, top talent.
- Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand goals, objectives, and workforce needs.
- Contribute to tailored recruitment tactics, offer process guidance, and proactively address staffing gaps.
- Support the full recruitment lifecycle from initial candidate engagement to offer negotiation for ongoing or high-volume needs.
- Blend hands-on recruiting tasks with a focus on optimizing workflows and delivering high-quality interactions with leaders and candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings and candidate assessments to ensure alignment with roles and culture, advancing top candidates to hiring leaders.
- May assist Talent Acquisition Recruiters with candidate processing or lead generation for critical, hard-to-fill or high-visibility roles.
- Demonstrate strong people skills, clear written and verbal communication, multitasking, attention to detail, initiative, problem solving, and time management in a fast-paced environment.
- Work independently and as part of a team while maintaining discretion with confidential information.
- Lead recruiter data analytics and apply critical thinking to propose solutions for customers.
- Partner with HR colleagues on Talent Acquisition projects and provide timely, service-oriented recruitment support.
- Keep HR systems updated and inform hiring leaders of deliverables and outcomes while positively representing the Mayo brand.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives and ensure compliance with policies and employment laws.
Requirements
- A minimum of a high school diploma or GED with two years of professional work experience in a corporate environment, or a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Three years of recruitment or HR experience is preferred.
- Proficient with computer tools and technical office platforms (Microsoft Office, virtual meeting platforms, general IT tools, phone system).
- Preferred certification: Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter (RACR).

Location and Schedule
Location: Phoenix, Arizona, hybrid work arrangement. Must be within 100 miles of a Mayo Clinic campus with onsite expectations about two days per week.
Schedule: Full time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Weekend work as needed. Pay period encompasses 80 hours.
