Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Associate at SOLV Energy, LLC supports full-cycle recruitment in a hybrid, San Diego, California based role. This position collaborates closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and delivers a strong candidate experience throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring partners to interpret business needs and define the specific skills required for critical roles
- Lead full lifecycle recruitment for assigned positions, from sourcing through offer
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics
- Source high-quality candidates for roles across multiple states, including remote areas, using social media, employee referrals, external platforms, community outreach, and internal databases
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes
- Maintain a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
- Assist in improving recruitment processes, employer branding, and hiring efficiency
- Develop candidate pipelines by continuously building and maintaining talent while responding promptly to inquiries
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles or functions
- Experience in the construction or renewable energy industries is preferred
- Proven ability to identify, attract and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and onboard new hires
- Knowledge of recruiting practices, trends, technologies, and developments
- Working knowledge of basic employment laws related to recruiting, screening, and onboarding
- Experience with Workday and/or other Applicant Tracking Systems is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Compensation Range
Hourly compensation ranges from $34.50 to $41.40.
