Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter, Sales
Job Description
Dynamic full lifecycle Staffing Coordinator and Recruiter role focused on sourcing through onboarding within PriorityWorkforce's sales-driven team.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles, including technical, executive, campus, and internal positions.
- Conduct structured interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit; deliver thorough evaluations to hiring managers.
- Negotiate offers that align with company policy and candidate expectations.
- Develop candidate pipelines through social media outreach, targeted cold calling, and market research.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment and labor laws throughout recruitment activities.
- Support onboarding tasks such as orientation, contracts management, and initial training and development.
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships through effective communication and relationship management.
- Collaborate with HRIS platforms (ADP, Paychex, Kronos, UltiPro, PeopleSoft) to keep employee records accurate.
- Assist in succession planning by identifying internal high-potential candidates for future leadership roles.
- Support regular employee evaluations and contribute to employee relations initiatives to boost engagement.
- Participate in training sessions on HR sourcing tools and recruitment best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience within the staffing industry with client-facing responsibilities.
- Proven track record in technical recruiting across multiple industries; executive recruiting experience is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and research-driven sourcing capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Ability to engage diverse audiences globally through skilled negotiation and clear communication.
- Knowledge of employment and labor law regulations across regions.
- Experience using social media management tools for outreach and lead generation.
