Sr Recruiter

Based in Westerville, OH (onsite), the Senior Recruiter at DHL sources, attracts, and hires top talent, partnering with hiring managers and HR to advise on talent decisions and improve recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for high-volume operations and key functional roles, ensuring timely and successful placements.
• Deliver market-informed guidance to hiring managers and candidates based on current talent trends and industry insights.
• Develop, implement, and promote best practices to streamline recruitment workflows and raise process quality.
• Utilize recruitment tools and channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to source candidates.
• Maintain and update data in the ATS and CRM to keep candidate records current.
• Conduct interviews to identify top candidates.
• Coordinate hiring events and targeted recruitment campaigns as required.
• Maintain and exceed SLAs and key recruitment metrics.
• Provide leadership in process management and mentor team members.
• Identify potential recruitment challenges early and develop inventive solutions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and HR practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with four years of relevant experience, required.
• At least three years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, required.
• Advanced proficiency in ATS and CRM platforms, required.
• Strong multitasking and time management capabilities, required.
• Extensive knowledge of sourcing techniques and platforms, required.
• Skill in managing relationships across multiple stakeholders, required.
