Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Educator recruitment: evaluate and vet candidates through interviews, reference checks, background screenings, and online research in line with strict quality standards.
  • Educator management: maintain professional relationships with educators to support their career objectives.
  • Vacancy management: assist schools with urgent hiring needs by placing qualified, exceptional educators into special education classrooms.
  • Collaboration: work with Scoot’s School Consultant teams to ensure placements are a strong fit for both educator and school community.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in education, recruitment, sales, or customer service; special education experience preferred
  • Knowledge of the education market
  • Strong IT and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Proven history of delivering exceptional customer outcomes
  • Growth mindset, grit, and the drive to succeed
