Job Description
Responsibilities
- Educator recruitment: evaluate and vet candidates through interviews, reference checks, background screenings, and online research in line with strict quality standards.
- Educator management: maintain professional relationships with educators to support their career objectives.
- Vacancy management: assist schools with urgent hiring needs by placing qualified, exceptional educators into special education classrooms.
- Collaboration: work with Scoot’s School Consultant teams to ensure placements are a strong fit for both educator and school community.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in education, recruitment, sales, or customer service; special education experience preferred
- Knowledge of the education market
- Strong IT and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Proven history of delivering exceptional customer outcomes
- Growth mindset, grit, and the drive to succeed

- Non-exempt, hourly role at $32.45 per hour, approximately $67,500 annualized
